You know the hat -- knit a long sausage, flip the bottom into the top, then fold the brim. It's my personal favorite style of hat to knit and to wear! Sundew Sewing Co wrote this pattern so that it can be knit for any sized head, with nearly any weight yarn (up to a worsted/aran weight), no swatching needed. It's a perfect blank canvas pattern to either knit a vanilla beanie, or add your own special details with varying stitch patterns or yarn colors. The zine unfolds to show the hat sausage with simple directions for knitting it from top to bottom. Just pick your yarn and start knitting!

Color Differences

We strive for color consistency across batches, but due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, color variations may occur, even within the same dye bath. Monitor and screen settings may also affect how colors appear. For multi-skein projects, we recommend alternating skeins every few rows.
