Hypnotic Yarn is an online shop, so our website is where most people shop with us. We want it to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities.

2Parts run by other companies

Some parts of shopping with us are provided by other companies:

• Yarnable subscriptions, billing and member accounts run on Cratejoy at yarnable.net.
• Checkout and payments run on Shopify and payment providers such as PayPal.
• Product reviews are collected and shown by Judge.me.
• Email signup forms are provided by Kit.

We don't control how these services are built. If one of them gets in your way, please let us know and we'll help you another way.
