These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hypnoticyarn.com and yarnable.net (collectively, the "Sites") and any purchases made through the Sites. By accessing the Sites or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

Use of the Sites

You agree to use the Sites for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Sites in a way that violates any applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation or security of the Sites.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Sites if we believe they are being misused.

Age Requirement

By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Sites and make purchases.

Account Registration

You may create an account on our Sites to manage orders, subscriptions, and preferences. If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be fraudulent.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because many of our items are hand-dyed or produced in small batches, variations in color and appearance are natural and expected.

We make every effort to accurately display products, but we cannot guarantee that colors will appear the same on every screen.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product details at any time without notice.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

From time to time, we offer pre-orders or limited-release products. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Estimated ship dates are approximate and not guaranteed
• Production timelines may change due to factors beyond our control
• Your payment may be collected at the time of order or at the time of shipment, depending on the product
• We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the product

Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items in the same order.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or inventory limitations. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund.

Yarnable Subscription Terms

The following terms apply specifically to Yarnable subscription boxes purchased through yarnable.net. Subscriptions are managed through Cratejoy.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the 10th of each month
• Accepted payment methods for subscriptions include credit cards and PayPal
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel

Subscription Boxes

• Subscription boxes typically ship on the last business day of each month
• Each box includes an exclusive, hand-dyed skein of yarn and themed surprises
• A full color sneak peek of each month's yarn is available at yarnablesneakpeek.com by the 5th of each month

Skipping a Month

• You may skip any month's box by updating your subscription settings in your account at yarnable.net before the billing date
• To avoid being charged, skip requests must be made by the 8th of the month
• You may skip as often as you like on a month-by-month basis, but you must make this selection each month before billing occurs

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees
• Cancel through your account at yarnable.net (we also have a step-by-step video walkthrough with timestamps to help you manage your account, and you can always contact us if you need assistance)
• Cancellation deadline: To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel by the 8th of the month
• If you cancel before the 10th, your cancellation is immediate and you will not receive any future boxes
• If you cancel after the 10th, you will receive one final box for the current billing cycle, and your subscription will end the following month

Subscription Returns & Refunds

First-time subscribers are eligible for our first-order return policy, which allows a no-questions-asked return within 7 days of delivery if the yarn is unused and in original condition. If you return your first subscription box, your subscription will be canceled. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

After your first box, subscription boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds simply because you did not like the color. We encourage you to preview the monthly sneak peek at yarnablesneakpeek.com and skip any months that don't appeal to you.

If your box arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines, costs, and return eligibility are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please review those policies before placing an order.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including text, images, logos, product names, designs, and graphics, is the property of Hypnotic Yarn or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us (for example, via email, social media, or the Sites), you grant Hypnotic Yarn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

Third-Party Links

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, YouTube, and other external resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Sites and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hypnotic Yarn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Sites or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Sites or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hypnotic Yarn from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Sites.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hypnotic Yarn regarding your use of the Sites.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
