Hot or cold, these pineapples have your eyes covered. CALA's pineapple eye pads hold two yellow gel pads that you can warm in the microwave or chill in the freezer for hot or cold relief around the eyes.
To warm them, microwave in 10-second intervals until they reach the warmth you like, and never heat for more than 10 seconds at a time. They can be hot when they come out, so handle with care. To cool them, freeze for at least 30 minutes. Throw them away if they are ever damaged or punctured, and stop using them if they cause any discomfort. Keep away from children.
