Q. Can gift cards be reloaded?
A. No, you can't reload a gift card.

Q. Can I check my gift card balance?
A. If a gift card is associated with your account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. If you checked out as a guest, you can email us and we will send you the information.

Q. Can I use a discount code to purchase my gift card?
A. Most discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards. 

Q. Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
A. Yes, you can apply discount codes to your purchase, and then use your gift card as your form of payment.
