A Closer Look

This month’s theme settles beneath tall trees where mushrooms peek through fallen leaves and the air smells like damp earth and woodsmoke. Light filters softly through branches, warming everything it touches. There’s time to linger, to look closely, to enjoy the quiet details. The forest feels welcoming, like it saved you a spot.

Softness, Color & Care

What Makes This
Yarn So Soft?

A Yarn's softness is determined by the fineness of its fibers. This base features extrafine merino wool measuring just 19.5 microns (among the finest commercially available) resulting in an incredibly soft yarn that feels gentle against the skin.

How To Care For
Your Yarn

We recommend gently hand washing your makes in cold water to keep them looking their best. After washing, reshape your item and lay it flat on a clean, dry surface to air dry. This method helps preserve the vibrant colors and softness of the yarn.

Understanding
Color Differences

We strive for color consistency across batches, but due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, color variations may occur, even within the same dye bath. Monitor and screen settings may also affect how colors appear. For multi-skein projects, we recommend alternating skeins every few rows.
