The Yarnable Monthly Word Search Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Hypnotic Yarn, LLC, 23 Londonderry Rd, Unit 12, Londonderry, NH 03053 ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open worldwide to persons aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Hypnotic Yarn, LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and anyone residing in the same household, whether related or not, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Giveaway. Void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, you ("Entrant") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You also agree to accept the decisions of Hypnotic Yarn as final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway is a recurring monthly promotion. Each monthly Giveaway period begins on the 1st of the month and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the 20th of the same month ("Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period closes will not be accepted. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

How to Enter

Method 1 — Email Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Complete the official Yarnable Crossword puzzle by finding all hidden words. The puzzle is available for free here. Take a photo or screenshot of your completed puzzle and email it to hello@hypnoticyarn.com with the subject line "Crossword Entry" by 11:59 PM ET on the 20th of the month.

Method 2 — Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Print or screenshot the free Crossword puzzle available at the link above. Complete the puzzle, fill in the words, and mail your completed entry to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the 15th of the month and received by the 20th of the month to be eligible.

Method 3 — Subscriber Entry: Yarnable subscribers may also enter by completing the Crossword puzzle included in their monthly box insert and emailing a photo of their completed puzzle to hello@hypnoticyarn.com by 11:59 PM ET on the 20th of the month.

All entry methods have equal chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly Giveaway period, regardless of entry method. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hypnotic Yarn. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prizes

Each monthly Giveaway prize will be specified in the corresponding month's Word Search announcement. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each monthly prize will not exceed $32.00 USD unless otherwise stated.

The specifics of each prize shall be solely determined by Hypnotic Yarn. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable.

Winner Selection and Notification

All entries with a correctly completed Word Search puzzle will be entered into a random drawing. Winners will be selected under the supervision of Hypnotic Yarn on or around the 28th of the month. Winners will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours following the drawing.

Hypnotic Yarn shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notice due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the discretion of Hypnotic Yarn.

For Yarnable subscribers, prizes will be included in the winner's next Yarnable shipment. For non-subscriber winners, prizes will be shipped directly within ten (10) days of the winner confirming their shipping address, in accordance with New Hampshire law. Shipping is provided at no cost to the winner, including for international winners.

Tax Responsibility

Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, local, and foreign taxes associated with the prize. For prizes valued at $600 or more, winners may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number and complete any required tax documentation before the prize can be awarded.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this Giveaway, you understand and agree that Hypnotic Yarn, anyone acting on behalf of Hypnotic Yarn, and Hypnotic Yarn's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Hypnotic Yarn, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire having jurisdiction.

The Giveaway hosted by Hypnotic Yarn is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Cratejoy, or any other social media or third-party platform.

Winners List

For the name and state/country of residence of each monthly winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Hypnotic Yarn, LLC, Attn: Word Search Winner List, 23 Londonderry Rd, Unit 12, Londonderry, NH 03053. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the applicable drawing date.
