      • David's Tea  - Cream of Earl Grey or Valerian Nights (flavors sent at random)

Cream of Earl Grey: Lovers of Earl Grey tea adore this creamy alternative to the original breakfast blend. You’ll recognize the same high-quality black tea, the same citrus burst of bergamot oil, the same beautiful grey-blue petals. However this version adds a touch of vanilla, and the result is an unexpectedly rich, creamy taste experience. Try it on its own or as a satisfying tea latte.

      What makes it great

      • A vanilla twist on the classic Earl Grey.
      • Amazing infused into desserts. Try adding a shot to your next custard or crème brûlée.
      • Makes a killer London Fog. Just add hot frothed milk and a bit of agave.

Valerian Nights: Relax and unwind with a scrumptious caffeine-free infusion of rich caramel and creamy coconut. It’s sweet. It’s decadent. And it’ll have you pyjama-ready thanks to its calming base of valerian root – one of nature’s most popular sleepytime ingredients. Did we mention it’s dairy-free? Take it from us – this is one nightcap you’ll look forward to all day.

      What makes it great

      • Our first valerian tea was such a hit, we created a sweeter, more decadent version to help satisfy your nighttime cravings.
      • What makes this infusion so relaxing? It contains calming valerian root (a.k.a. nature’s valium).
      • It’s dairy-free!

      1 pack = 4  8oz cups.

Cup Profile: sweet cavendish tobacco, dried berries, musk, nutmeg with bottomless buttery depth of earth and muted spice, allspice, and star anise.

Steven Blaseman, owner and president of Onyx Mountain Coffee Roastery revealed his secret recipe for a great cold brew coffee, (not to be confused with iced coffee).
Steve suggests adding 3/4C ground coffee to a 32oz mason jar and fill with 27 oz of cold water. Store in the refrigerator for 24 hrs. Once it is finished steeping, strain with a cheese cloth or a fine strainer. The cold brew will last up to two weeks and it can be served cold or hot with any ratio of cream and sugar.
Doesn't that sound amazing? Drop us a line at hello@hypnoticyarn.com if you decide to try it!
