A: Don't have a ball winder and swift? No problem! Upon request, I will wind your yarn into a center pull cake at no additional charge.  Please contact us if you would like this service.

• Hypnotic Yarn is mailed in a hank. Unless otherwise requested or noted in product listing, all yarn will be shipped in a hank and must be wound prior to use. To ensure tangle free yarn, use a ball winder and swift to wind your hank into a center pull cake prior to using.
• Do not use yarn directly from a hank. Doing so will cause the yarn to tangle and may render it unusable.
• Do not cut the ties binding your yarn until you are ready to wind it into a cake.
  

A:  We strive to answer all emails within 24 hours.  However, on weekends and holidays, it might take us a little bit longer. Double check the "junk" folder in your email to ensure our response did not get hidden away in there! If you do not receive an email back within 48 hours, please re-send your email.

A: Hanks are ready to ship unless otherwise specified in the listing (such as preorders).

A: Most orders ship weekdays within 24-48 hours, with the exception of preorder events. Shipping times for preorders will be noted in the individual listing.
